i am sure the question was asked with the right motives, but not the brightest of question in my opinion...
that said, there is a set of MP3 bible studies on the book of hebrews by tom lancaster which can be freely downloaded from http://www.bethimmanuel.org/audio?page=2, in all there are 18 files (hope you have good broadband connection - download them first.)

None of the Epistles are accepted by Orthodox Jews. Messianics on the other hand accept all of the NT.

Jewish canon was already pretty set and closed by the time it was written: the Law, the Prophets, and the Writings. Furthermore, Christianity is considered another religion by Jews (and a false one at that) -- all the Christian epistles are defacto rejected.
To explain why Jews reject the epistles (including Hebrews) is to explain why Jews reject Christianity, which is not permitted in this forum.
May I suggest you log onto a Jewish message board to ask your question. Try to find one that already has a forum devoted to fielding questions from non-Jews, so that you won't be misconstrued as a missionary only pretending to ask a question.
