I was wondering if you could give me some information on the following.
With my last labour, I had a swollen anterior lip, that became caught over the babies head, which of course prevented birthing. Finally after six hours of labouring like this, they finally did an internal, discovered what was wrong, pushed the lip back, and the baby was birthed next push.
I was wondering if it was more likely that this would be a reoccurance, with subsequent labours, or, was there little evidence that this would occur again.
As the labouring sensations are completely different to my normal labours, (I am sure that I would know pretty quickly should this happen again), it's just as the pregnancy is nearing it's end, this has been a question that I have been wondering about.
Any input/information would be much appreciated.
