Yes, no physicals response at all. 16 year olds might be venerable. But with maturity comes control.
On the other hand, having a physical response is not a sin or even controllable in many cases. And men, generally, don't get romantically attached to sexual arousal like women can.

Men can be "sexually attracted" by a sock. So....it's difficult to explain that sexual attraction for men is generally different than for a women. For men it's not as personal. Thou it can be. But doesn't have to be.
Men are less romantically involved with sex and woman are more involved, mentally. On average.

I would say, no, sexual attraction is bound to follow such depictions. If the person has no response, I would question how much of that content they have been viewing. If they have become desensitized to it, to me it shows they have ingested a diet of it previously for too long. It would worry me what their actual fetishes/sins were.

As for orgies and lesbian sex.....they both inhibit my response. I'm a one on one type of person.

On the other hand, seeking out this type of movie is not healthy. Good movies don't resort to orgies. I don't mind the content of any film as long as it has artistic value and quality. Orgies are rare in good movies. Steer your spouse to the best quality movies you can find and you won't have to worry about the content much.

Thank you for the thought. Honestly, I have chosen to just remove myself from all of it .It's just too raw and painful right now. I no longer watch televisions or movies ever, with the exception of my local sports team. I appreciate your response!

I don't use porn. But when I was a younger man I feared for my salvation, though I was going to hell. So I fell into porn usage, of which I am now free. But when I used it there is a definite progression, it starts with soft porn usage, but eventually, you get bored, and move on to more "questionable" forms. Like bondage, lesbian sex, and youth porn. Fortunately for me, I never used child sex porn, but there is always a progression to deeper forms of perversity. Where the earlier forms seem "harmless" to the user.

If this is a problem you are having with your husband, we need to recognize that he could be at any stage in the process. I would be really slow to accuse him of perversity. The truth may be that he is lying about his responses. But regardless of the reasons, it is a pathway that he should not be pursuing.

I would confront him on the issue, and let him know that this is a definite no-go for you. Some husbands use the excuse in their own mind of "oh my wife will not mind". Porn usage by husbands is often rationalized as harmless, they think they are not hurting anyone. If you set boundaries he may keep them.

Thank you! I really appreciate the follow up response, but he knows that it hurts me but doesn't seem to care. He thinks it's ok as long as he doesn't get caught, or at least that's what I assume because he attempts to hide it. I don't think he realizes that it is slowly destroying me and us piece by piece or, if he does, doesn't care. I've used those exact words with him and yet it continues. I really appreciate your thoughts and will keep them in mind going forward!
