I’m not asking about Scripture. I’m familiar with it. I’m asking about weird conspiracy theories and the accusations made in them. Been researching this stuff and there is some pretty whackadoodle stuff out there with little explanation or proof. Very odd. Makes you wonder how it is people come up with this stuff with nothing to stand on. I figured conspiracy theorists would be more in the know.

Dunno, why does the bible say if your eye be single? And what did that mean at the time Jesus spoke it?

It only says that in older translations made at a time when "single" meant "simple," or "good" or "sound," so in the KJV we read:

The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.

The NKJV has:

“"The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light.” (Mt 6:22 NKJV)

So it's nothing to do with only having one eye, or with covering one of your two eyes.
