No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I believe that you will be confronted with your creator before you die and i pray to God that you will chose a life with Him instead of a life in sin! One day you will have the revelation that you are a sinner, and actually know that God is true... That day, chose Jesus! you are allowed to chose Jesus!! You are allowed to believe in the gospel!! Remember that!

No, for two reasons. First, 'sin' is rebellion against God, and since I don't believe in God, it's rather hard for me to rebel. Second, the idea that everyone is a sinner, is utterly repugnant to me.

I'd like the world to be a better place, sure. One wonders why God doesn't busy himself doing that, instead.

Dont waste your time, atheists are too good and too high , it's impossible for them to have any God or any saviour (most of them), and if you show them a valid proof, even if it is in front of their eyes, they wont believe it, because they know everything lol
They have still maybe 49031s billions of years to complete science, and they are now in the 200th. It's like searching for a specific person in 1 house, and he can be in the infinite ones on the whole planet. That's how the intelligent atheists can tell you that God doesnt exist. And all those had near death experience (many never heard about GOD even!!) and saw either Jesus/God/angels/demons/heaven/hell are all crazy although they all experience same things,those who use the ouija boards and get demonic entities with them are lying, or if they arent, they are crazy and hallunicate.
Anyways, this is my 1st and last post here, flaming can start after this post now, and if someone (atheist) takes this subject seriously and care for his life (the eternal one) , he can send a message because I wont bother to read anything here anymore, but reply to any serious person in this matter.

Sin means disobedience to God. It is failing to hit the target that God sets. No God, no sin.

So, no, I'm not a "sinner" any more than I'm accumulating bad karma that will influence future reincarnations.

Rejecting a flawed "proof" does not require knowledge of everything.


Atheists generally say that theists haven't proved God's existence, not that they can prove that God doesn't exist. Strong atheists are rare.

Is there some way people can continue to sin and then just be released from the consequences of sin? Sort of like get something for nothing without having to pay for it. Like a credit card they never bill you for.

Uh...we don't need to have examined EVERYTHING to claim that the idea of God is unreasonable. "You can't prove X doesn't exist" is not a valid argument for X. I could say the same about Santa Claus, but that doesn't make belief in him a sensible idea.

Yes, an obviously localised mental experience is obviously not localised to the brain - it must have hopped into another dimension. That's much more sensible, the brain couldn't have been tripping out because it was undergoing some traumatic experience, like...I dunno...dying?

It is just a gentle reminder, that you are allowed to chose God and the gospel... I pray to God that you will not be to proud or haughty when you are confronted with your sin!
May i ask another question: Do you know that God exist but reject him anyways?? Sometimes while arguing with Atheists i get the hint that that is their problem!!

The problem with that question is that the idea of sin doesn't make sense to an atheist.

There are crimes, there are acts we find wrong or even downright evil. We may have committed some of them. Most of us prefer not to do evil things, and most of us would prefer a world where evil things didn't happen.

Those things are part of our everyday experience as social - moral - beings. I'm sure you can related to them just like I can. Sin, on the other hand, is an abstract religious idea that doesn't make sense without a particular sort of god.

Well, God is free to reveal himself any time he likes. He hasn't done it so far. He even missed the time when I actually wanted to believe in god(s). A strange oversight from the omniscient ruler of the universe.

That would be a profoundly dishonest way of being an atheist, and I don't think you'll find many atheists like that.

For me, it's not a matter of accepting or rejecting. I can't choose what I believe, no more than I can choose to like peppers sick or hate chocolate yum. It's just that I've never seen a convincing sign that God (or any other god) exists. I would be lying if I pretended to believe in God, and that has nothing to do with whether I want to believe in him or not.

And no.I don't believe in sin because I don't believe in god.

I regard "knowledge that god exists" and "belief in god" as equivalent for my purposes. I honestly don't know if God, Allah, Vishnu, Zeus, Santa Claus, or the Invisible Pink Unicorn exist (well, I'm pretty sure the IPU does), but I have no convincing evidence for them so I don't believe in them (except for the Invisible Pink Unicorn, Blessed Be Her Holy Hooves, who is standing right beside you as you read this).

Nope. An atheist who believed in God wouldn't be an atheist I suppose there may be people who believe in God but deny it (maybe like someone who holds Republican views but refuses to be called one).

As far as I'm concerned, if someone knows god exists, they believe in god. And if someone believes in god, they are not an atheist. The best term to describe someone who believes in god but says they don't is liar.
