and no, Christ was unfallen because He was born according to the unfallen mode of reproduction. He died because He willed Himself to die.
I have heard the view from the Orthodox that Christ too received a fallen nature -- is that incorrect?

no, His nature is unfallen, perfectly deified from conception.

Nope. He was against the will of God at least in one instance, when Christ came to him to be baptized, he said „Naaah! I need to be baptized by You and you come to me??”. It was from his humbleness, of course, but still a disobedience. That's why Christ put him in his place saying „Leave this position now! Be obedient. We must fulfill everything.”
