Question about bleeding

Hi, this question is kind of similar to the person who had a question about implantation. Two weeks ago I had what I thought was my the start of my period. I have an 11 month old, and this would be the first time it has returned since I gave birth back in August. I only bled for two days, and it was barely a pad/tampon's worth. Then, it stopped. I am starting to wean, and am wondering if the bleeding could possibly be implantation bleeding. I am on birth control, the mini pill, so I guess I just don't know! I haven't really had any other symptoms besides being tired, and that kind of goes with the territory when you have a baby! Any advice would be appreciated!

In my experience, the first few cycles of returning AF are lighter. But I've never been on the mini-pill, so I don't know how that affects it.

Have you taken a pregnancy test, just in case?

yeah, I took one this morning and it was negative, so I'm guessing I probably had a light, fly-by period! How weird!

yeah, sounds like a light starting to wean period to me, they're usually a bit wacko when they come back! Very light and loooooooong cycles are pretty normal!

on another note, I'm starting to wean Ezekiel at the moment too (he's 3 days younger than Emily) and still no sign from my monthly friend yet!

yeah, the period is usually irregular and different... I had a light spotting period about once a month sometimes just one time, or for a day.... when I breastfed... when it first came back it was fulll blast...it hurt A LOT! and was heavy and lasted a long time. It was after that that I became pregnant.... becuase we were planning our intimacy around my mensus cycle and well, it was off a bit.... I didn't take into account that my cycle might be off becuase of breastfeeding..... now we're expecting baby #4

I remember you! It's not that I want another baby right now, but DH has said that he doesn't want another baby, ever, so I'll take whatever God gives me, whether I agree with the timing or not.
