Question about 2006 CSI Las Vegas

I watched the CSI LV series and enjoyed it. But I don't like their cliff hangers.

They've milked the miniature model too much. I think it ended in 06 with a CSI tek under her car. Does anyone know if that really is the last episode? Anything else happen later?

And most of all, recall the episode where the very first model crime scene happened? One of the team was taken from a dance and drugged and assaulted and woke up in a motel. But there was never any resolution.

So just who did the crime to her? If it was ever solved in 2006 I don't recall it. Anyone know?

It will begin with the first episode in the next season starting in September. Remember that the miniature killer was caught, so there won't be anymore of that, though I did like how they did that throughout the whole season. I thought it was very interesting, at least.

The first episode I've been hearing will take place in San Fransisco. Not sure of any details though.

Do you know if the assault on the CSI investigator lady (using a date rape drug in a bar) was ever caught? That happened on the very first episode in which there was a miniature.

mayfly: if i've got this right, katherine woke up in a hotel room. she turned out not to have been raped. the abduction was by an enemy of her father. later on in the episode, katherine's daughter is abducted by the same enemies. the enemies send a picture to sam braun, her father, to show that they can strike at him through her.

the CSI team is able to find katherine's daughter. then katherine goes to chew sam braun out over the whole thing - and one of the enemies, whom sam has beat out of 20 million, comes up and guns him down.

the model maker doesn't really have anything to do with the action of this episode, if i remember right. and yes, the thugs who abducted katherine are caught. (i think...)

Cool! Thank you for that explaination. The plot didn't seem to make sense to me at the time.

One last detail though. I don't recall any link between her abduction and the plot against the father. Did the that actually occur in the script or was it just implied?

I must have missed it if were stated.

the link betwee the abduction and the plot against sam is shown when katherine goes to talk to sam at the casino and he shows her the photos of her lying facedown in the bed in hotel room, these photos were taken of katherin to show that they had her in their hands and could hurt her if they so wanted - but at the same time that sam is showing the photos to katherine, the thugs have katherine's daughter...and now i'm dizzy.

I know Sam gets shot and dies in katherine's arms but there is an episode where Sam's guys take the law into their hands on someone who hurt his family.

maybe I am getting a couple episodes confuzzled but isnt this part of the one where some of Sam's boys take the head guy connected to the kidnapping and shoot him? I know Sam gets shot and dies in katherine's arms but there is an episode where Sam's guys take the law into their hands on someone who hurt his family.

Maybe its an unrelated episode.

The episode you're thinking of about the law into their own hands is one with a guy trying to cheat in the casino I think. It's been a while since I saw that one though.
