I will be at church to welcome in the new year. And I never sleep in public! :D ;) (could you just imagine, snoring and drool in front of people I serve with? :D I would never live that down! )

How many times have you read the Bible? (please, if you haven't read it through, leave this question for someone who has. So many people don't think that's important for a Christian it just quenches my spirit to read it every time I ask something like this. )

I haven't kept count, but I've read the whole Bible, cover to cover, by myself, at least three times. I've also been involved in three Bible reading marathons, where members of our church took turns reading aloud for five minutes at a time whilst the rest followed along in their Bibles. We had breaks for sleep on two of the marathons, but hired the town hall for one, where we just read straight through 24 hours a day. So many locals commented on how the part of the Bible they'd wandered in and heard was so appropriate to their lives, it was amazing to see God's Word impacting the community. Even the drunks who staggered in when the bars closed!

Have you ever done any charity work? If so, what have you done?

No, because that wouldn't work for me. If I had a message board, it would always be there so I'd never look at it. (Does that make sense?)
Instead, every so often when I need to remember something, I write a little note to myself on a piece of paper and tape it to my door handle, so that as I'm leaving my apartment I'm forced to look at that paper!

Do you ever write on your hand to remember something?
