I don't think a former KGB has anything to stand on to rebuke anybody. Something tells me he hasn't fully repented for whatever crimes he committed during that stint. Just a hunch, from my experience with the way politicians work.

Who is more righteous? That's above my pay grade.

Who is the more biblically and theologically sound? Putin is an Orthodox Christian- whether or not he's serious about that, I don't know- but Orthodoxy for the win. It's not really about Putin.

Both candidates seem to have shady pasts, both somehow connected to the Anglo-French royal families, the one with unbelievably liberal economic and foreign policy and the other ruling former soviet union. I heard a guy on Christian radio today (some author...I only caught the end of it) say with all seriousness: "I don't know how things [in America] could get worse."
