meh, if people don't want to post their pics I don't care. its their own choice. It took me about a year here before I woud post a half decent picture of me, just because you never know who is on the site

True some people are "fake" or have something to hide, but it could be that some are self-concious. I use to be extremely self-concious but i've changed.

I know no one knows me here yet I was still hesistant about it. Its just pictures but its like "Geez, i look so goofy in that one. Somebody is gonna see that one and just roll on the floor with laughter... and that's my best picture!!!"

I wasn't sure whether to first post my pic or not. But so many people responded to this post. And people on the boards here are generally nice, I felt comfortable enought to put up pics of both me and some of my family. People can be cruel too, I've also found out. It's completely understandable why someone may not want to post a picture of themselves. You never know what kind of reception you'll receive.
