Hey guys, I am somwhat new here, think I was here years ago. Anyways, I am looking for an accoutability partner. I'm 20 years old, and i'm a college student. I get really stressed alot and for some reason I strugle with purity. It's more than just stress but I struggle with porn and Masturbation. It's like a routean habit right before I go to bed. I'm looking for someone my age in college would be better who struggles and understands to be an accountability partner where in turn I want to help you too. Reply if your interested.

The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.
If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.
If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. Hi--I had never heard of this website before tonight, and I don't know if you are still looking for a partner or not. If you are, I have somewhat similar struggles and sometimes I do a lot better than others--recently not as well as I would hope. I don't know if I'm exactly what you're looking for, but I'd be happy to be your accountability partner if you are still looking. Tonight is the first time I've ever looked for an accountability partner, but I would really like to be free of this sin. By the way, I'm also in college.
