Hello PureSolace. What is your dream vacation?

To visit my family back home in Louisiana. To eat my mom's cooking. To jam with my brother and dad. They're getting better and better in music. And I'm missing my parents grow old. Over the past 7 years, I've watched pictures they would send, they're all getting older and older and I'm missing that part of their life. That would be my vacation. To go back home for a few weeks and be reunited with my family.

I got the good qualities of my mom and the good qualities of my dad. So I'd say my parent's. They did a great job raising me, I love 'em for it too.

As for characteristics of what I'd like to see in a woman: That she love God greatly, have a heart to help, be smart, enjoy life, that I find her attractive, interesting, and if she has any musical abilities that would always be a fun plus to jam with her.

As for characteristics I would not like to see: substance abuse, self destructive behavior, apathy (if she doesn't have a passion for the world around her, then she's not worth the time investment as far as I'm concerned.)

Favorite planet would have to be Earth, cause thats where all the action takes place.

As for my salvation: I was always raised knowing about God and how he sent Jesus. There's never been a time where I didn't know about the Christ and how He died on the cross to redeem us all from our sins, then later rose from the dead conquering death and fulfilled prophecy. I guess I "officially" prayed a pray of acknowledgment and salvation back around new years eve in '86 or so. My dad was reading from the bible all night and after it was new years eve and you can hear fireworks all around the city, my dad asked me if I believed in Jesus and how God sent Him to save us from our sins.

I always believed it, and held it close to my heart. But I think it was probably around '96 when one morning I woke up... in September I believe, before going to high school. And it all made sense. I can't explain it well. Thee was no miraculous sign or wonder. No flashing lights or smoke and mirrors. It was an inner peace and for that moment, everything in the world made sense. And I've been wanting a closer relationship with God ever since.

not really. I've worn green before, even went to a couple parties before. But it's not like a must have celebration... I'm not even Irish!
