Sorry, you are not feeling quite up to snuff. Sometimes I find it helps to count my blessings (my real life ones, not the ones here because then I'm depressed again)

I avoid places that have those kind of 'threads' (lol, I'm a coward) so CF politics don't really affect me, but having to see people leave and get so upset, well...makes me sad.

Just remember, the WWW is not the real world. Because nobody is face to face, people can be ruder and cruder (and often are). If you have a poster who is offensive, ignore them (so easy to do online) and if you know somebody easily offended, tell them the same. No matter what group of folks you are speaking of, you can find people online who hate them. And, remember, nobody can make you feel inferior (or depressed) without your own consent.

And, JESUS LOVES YOU!!! (who cares about everybody else)

I think Wesley John's signature says it all. We're all children of God and it's so pointless and silly to focus on the small differences in our faiths when the things that we DO agree on are the most important parts anyway.
