simcha thats how i feel about things i have experienced. if it helps me to show God's love to one person and help them out in any way, then my suffering is worth it. not that i would ever wish it happened to me or be glad of it happening to anyone ever.

i've noticed my depression is quite sporadic. it will be intense for a while then life will be great and nothing can get me down, then without any reason at all boom, i am so down and rotten feeling again. pooey

I know exactly how you feel, with the depression. I guess we just have to be extra grateful when life is great, and remember that it will be great again when everything seems so miserable. (easier said than done though LOL)

yeah. thanks to God, though, that he helps me hold on to that faith that things will get good again hehe. i dont have a problem believing it anymore. so now i just need to learn how to kick feeling down now THATS easier said than done hehe
