  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

i ate/swallowed a raw egg this morning.....i heard from a health expert that they are best raw (the free range kind.....and BOY, are they expensive )

It wasn't too tooo slimy...it was tolerable...i'm just prayin' the health expert is right and trustin God not to get sick....

saw THREE drug dealers on the corner tonight as i was walking home

They are easily absorbed into your system when they're raw (as long as they are free-range) Regular eggs should never be eaten raw....but free range are safe....

i'm tryin' to lessen stress or at least ease it outta my mind and eat healthier,,,,i have difficulty relaxing and "letting go"...prob'ly cuz i get off work so late, and then i got a hard time winding down.....

like right now, i shouldn't be watching Seinfeld, although it's funny....i should'a wound down and gone to sleep LOL

b complex vitamins? i can't remember if they're in eggs....i take Melaleuca vitamins...the morning packets and the night packets....and just started taking cod liver oil.....ugh, but it's good for ya'....

today i was vewwwwwy tired at werk....but that's prob'ly from stress....
