  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Here is the verse from some other translations:

Psa 90:13 How much longer will your anger last? Have pity, O LORD, on your servants! (GNB)

Psa 90:13 Returne (O Lord, howe long?) and be pacified toward thy seruants. (Geneva)

Psa 90:13 Relent, Yahweh! How long? Have compassion on your servants! (Webster)

The verse is asking for God to have mercy (or compassion) to those who follow Him.

For the turning away of God’s anger from them, that though the decree had gone forth, and was past revocation, there was no remedy, but they must die in the wilderness: "Yet return, O Lord! Be thou reconciled to us, and let it repent thee concerning thy servants. Send us tidings of peace to comfort us again after these heavy tidings. How long must we look upon ourselves as under thy wrath, and when shall we have some token given us of our restoration to thy favor? We are thy servants, thy people
