Psalm 119:1-2

1 Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.
2 Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.

I've often thought about the cause and effect relationships in verses including Psalm 139:1-2.

Because they are blessed, men and women become undefiled (holy) and walk in the law of God. Because they are already blessed, men and women (young and old) keep His Testimonies and seek Him with the whole heart.

It's a blessing to hear the Good News and to have a heart that is open to receive it.

Jesus said: "You have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain..." John 15:16
