Hey regardless of how far you have walked with Jesus it is appropriate to be reduced to zero often.

This is the answer to self preservation, self will, self effort, selfish desire.

Jesus on the Cross is the example of total surrender.

But folks are afraid of letting go and losing control... Because of this they remain on a self made path and miss the real blessings of God.

It helps to be aware that all humans, saved or not have a dark flesh that wars against God. Only His Goodness not ours brings blessing.

So if you mean business with Him - Pray to be broken as He was.

Then life may change into a more fruitful journey.

The seed that is sown in darkness and death of self yields His fruit.
