pruning roses

Today I spent the morning working in the yard doing gardening. I pruned my rose bush and trimmed some other bushes. I dug up some weeds. I wore a flannel long sleeve shirt to protect my arms from thorns. I want to do some more gardening tomorrow. I like being outdoors in FLorida and seing the beautiful flowers, a gift from God. The Spanish conquistadors named Florida "Florida" after all the beautiful flowers they saw in the state when they were here. It means "Land of the flowers."
I put out the garbage. I watched Joyce Meyers preaching in the morning. I will do some more work tomorrow. God bless you all and love you all.

Pruning is an art form on where to prune plants. I know one thing is that growing a vegetable garden is hard either my ground is cursed or I am. I live in a hot dry climate here in New Mexico and maybe I over water or under who knows but it's kind of discouraging year after year to see little tomatoes, but I will try again in spring.
