We're going to try something new in the new year as we get lots of feedback people are interested in what goes on 'behind the scenes' so to speak. Sometimes nothing much goes on, but other times we do make some changes. We'll try posting some of those up here and if there is any interest we'll keep doing it. I'm closing the thread mainly because I never remember to come back to threads, but you're free to PM me for clarification on anything. You can always reach Advisors or the Member Services Team by PM or in the Member Services area.
This week we announced to staff that
- we are putting back into place the "24 hour rule" which means a member may not receive more than one staff action per day
- a member cannot receive any staff actions (warnings, infractions, counseling PMs) while serving a ban
- we are finalizing the last details so we can re-open the Soteriology forum
- we've put into place a mandatory vacation time for all staff. Each staffer on the board (except Pauler) is required to take seven days off every three months. This is to avoid burn-out and give everyone some time off. Normal time off for sickness, vacation, etc. can of course still be taken
That's all the changes I can think of.
