Actually the burden of proof is on Hillary Clinton to prove the rioters are not her supporters.

Noooo, that's not how the burden of proof works. Furthermore I think you know that.

The burden of proof falls to the person making the positive claim. If someone is claiming the rioters are Hillary supporters, the burden of proof is on that person to provide evidence.
