The Treasure

Gold, diamonds, jewels and such
Seem of great value
Seemingly mean so much

A treasure that was
Will someday sink in the sea

Yet a treasure we know
Has lived with you
Has lived with me

His smile is Gold
His Love could fill the sea
He shares both
With you and with me

The treasure seems hid
No where to be found
Did it sink in the sea ?
Hid from you

I'm gonna go out on a limb here. I had a dream last night that I can only recall in bits and pieces, but I know that it was a very important dream, the most vivid I've had in quite a while. Daniel was able to recall the King's dream in the Bible and I'm praying that someone here will be able to do the same thing for me. Any takers?

I am no Daniel nor do i believe in testing God. But if you are asking for a brother to help you to remember what God may have shown you i can tell you this, right now it seems that God is showing many of His servents through dreams and visions of things concerning the Trinity - the Father the Son and the Holy Ghost. Three power lines , three rocks, three trees things like this in threes are being shown. As i said i have no idea what your dream was about but if it was from God i would not be surprised to know that it dealt with something in threes because at this moment it seems God is teaching us of things of the Trinity. As i said i sure aint no Daniel nor will i be a part of testing God what i am telling you is what i have noticed that God has been curently teaching His servents. Peace and Love !! Rod

Thank you Millerrod, you have reminded me of my dream last week. I'd better write it down in my journal this time before I lose it again! Still waiting on the Lord for more revelation, but yes, it very specifically involved three "items," and when I saw you say "Trinity" I remembered the whole dream immediately!

Nope, don't recall any threes. This was specific to me and events in the last year or so. That much I know for sure.

Glad it helped Sue !! I find it amazing how the Lord will pick a subject and then teach and inspire His deciples towards that subject. It truely makes the Body of Christ become visable once you start noticeing it.

The thing we must ask ourselves are we like the children at a parade lining the streets pushing towards the parade excited about what is to come.
Or are we like the adults at a parade watching from their cars , excitment and wonder and joy gone from our hearts.
Step out of your cars run to and line the edge of the streets. Shout and yell praise,push towards because brothers and sisters its our master whos coming down the street.

Thank you brother.. Last night I had a dream of being pregnant.. you know the belly all swollen.. but I somehow knew there was no baby inside.. And when they did a scan.. there was no baby..
Later I tried to stuff it all down.. you know get rid of the being pregnant.. but I couldn't hide that I had been pregnant.. my shape wouldn't change just because I had found there was no baby there..

I have lost that joy right now.. you are right.. I am crying alot.. and things in my household are very topsy turvy..

The joy of the Lord must become my strength again.. I am still very much seeking Him.. and these troubles are not changing that.. but I must focus on the joy.. and on the Kingdom.. on the Lord.. and lose sight of everything else..

I must get back to being a child again.. in faith..

I am wondering if the pregnancy is a symbol of another joy that is comming? I beleive you are the one who was told to name a date for your husband's comming to (back to?) the Lord.Is there a connection? I am not propheseying just saw a posible link I don't know if He made me make the connection. If I am right about the first let me continue down the path my mind meandered down.
You have a promis of great joy, You are expecting but maybe don't quite trust, You are trying to hide the whole bringing forth but you can't hide what God does not want hidden. Yes there is no baby but you ARE still expecting.

Yes Yes Yes.. you are on target I did say that about my hubby because the Spirit of God challenged me on that I would not have been so bold about naming a date.. No way at all... Actually if I can elaborate a bit more on the dreams.. most all of my dreams lately have a baby in them... and they are always a boy baby.. That is either being birthed or has been born.. the other day I had a dream I had a baby at the breast.. But this child was so far advanced i was having a convo with him??
Weeird I know..

Tonight.. I have had breakthroughs.. I have found that even in one day.. from moment to moment.. things can change very quickly..

I must admit I cannot understand so much of this.. yet it is happening.. but you are right I have been weighed down..

I know about the joy.. because for a long time.. the longest I have been sowing in tears for not only myself... but many others.. so I know I will reap in joy.. carrying my sheaves..

Thanks for your input.. sorry about sharing the dreams.. when this is a prophetic thread.. forgive me..

It is all a bit overwhelming really.. what is in store.. but the other night I felt completely filled to the brim with God and I knew so much during those night hours and I was totally aware of truths and all the truths fit together.. I cannot recall now what happened and what it was that I knew then.. but I have a sense it is all in me ready.. God is getting me ready.. so I know something far greater is coming.. and is already here.. Just a matter of timing now..

You know.. this may be right off base too.. but today when I went to see my hubby where he works at the local hospital.. And I had a sense I should see him today..

While I walked through.. I sensed I would be soon helping people within those walls.. the kind of people that go there for help...

The Word of the Lord came to me yesterday morning as I was out for my morning walk with Him. It was a personal word to me, but I'll share it because I know it is a word that will encourage many of you, and I believe the Lord is prompting to me to share it with you for that reason.

He said this to me, "Keep doing what is right."

Don't grow weary in well doing, beloved. You will reap in due season. Keep loving, even when you get no thanks or recognition. Keep giving, even when it seems useless. Keep praising when you feel like complaining. Keep rejoicing when you feel like crying. Keep doing what is right. Keep doing it. Your answer will come. What is in darkness will be brought to light. Your righteousness will shine as the noon day. The Lord will declare your innocence. The Lord will show Himself strong for you.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I sooooooooooooo needed this word!!!! Thank you CindyisHis for posting this. I believe it was also meant for me. I have felt at times lately..."why bother??" because of not "seeing" or "feeling" like there is any difference being made by things I do and say. I am trying to follow the instructions I receive from the Holy Spirit and I realize that we aren't always blessed to see the outcome of words spoken or deeds done for Him. This was a VERY encouraging word. THANK YOU for sharing it!!!

There's a huge difference being made, Nancy. You can't see it right now, but there is. We walk by faith, not by sight. Things are happening in the spiritual realm constantly, things which we cannot see. We are the ones determining what kind of things are happening, good or bad, in our favor or against us. Our thoughts, our words, and our actions are play a critical part.

Our thoughts determine our words, our words determine our actions. We are either going to think and speak God's thoughts, or our enemy's. We choose our God!

Father, I ask You to strengthen Nancy by Your spirit in the inner man. Strengthen her with might according to your glorious power to withstand the lies of the enemy. When he says it's not working, it is because it IS working! We know we have that which we have asked of You according to your Word. We thank You and give Your praise for the victory.
