The Lord spoke a word to me this morning. I would like to have this confirmed, and would like to hear anything else I have not yet received of Him.

On my knees.

Here is what im getting:

I believe he is saying "I love you." And more than once i have gotten images of u attacking the enemy, and I believe God is saying dont be discouraged, because he has a great destiny for you. Praying that God keeps ur sights/eyes focused could help. His fire is on you, and that fire is love.

again, i say it to a lot of people, prophetic words are open to error, as i am open to not hear perfectly or correctly. Take everything with a grain of salt.

I thought I would share with you this dream I had..

I was dreaming that my bedroom became really windy and i could see the curtains blowing about.. I thought it was real as i was dreaming this.. I then got out of bed opened my door and i could see clouds in the air near the ceiling. I then said, "I want to know you God" and then the clouds just vanished.. not sure why the clouds vanished as i said this.. the end

it was kinda of weird dream not sure what to make of it at the time i thought it was real. anyone have a word on this?

Im getting that even though some things seem like the real deal, aka this dream, upon closer inspection they dont hold up. I believe this dream was fluff from the enemy trying to get u to think something might be wrong with u when it wasnt. Many dreams will be from the pizza u had the other night, some are from the enemy, and some are from God. But when i prayed about it, that was the answer i believe God was telling me.

As always, hearing from God has room for error, so take everything people say with a grain of salt.

worthy is thy lord.theres angels in my room and i see them some times, but not like you might think, when i get into worhiping got like in this song, i sometimes see these white lights in my room. it is by no means subtle. although t is only there for a second and kinda small. what do you guys think of this, and more importantly what does god think of this

I thought I would share with you this dream I had..

I saw something entirely different about this dream and when I shared it with another believer, one who is mature in the Lord, walking the walk, she saw the same thing before I ever told her what I thought. However, we could both be wrong. God is not an author of confusion, but of peace. I am assuming from the way you wrote that the wind and the cloud were a positive experience, not a wind as a destructive one, or a dark cloud, but a gentle, yet strong breeze wind and a white cloud. If so, here's what I perceive.

The wind is the Holy Spirit. He is drawing you to the Lord and creating a desire and a hunger to know Him more. You have opened the door (to Him) and you see the cloud, wanting to know Him more. The cloud represents His presence and His protection. The cloud is His glory. It disappeared because you are to walk by faith and not by sight. There are many times as we are still on the earth away from our home, our eternal home, that we will not see nor feel Him. He is still there. He has not changed. He has not moved. Keep seeking Him and cultivating that hunger for Him. You will not be disappointed, but you will be satisfied.

I saw something entirely different about this dream and when I shared it with another believer, one who is mature in the Lord, walking the walk, she saw the same thing before I ever told her what I thought. However, we could both be wrong. God is not an author of confusion, but of peace. Actually, at the time of the dream it wasn't a scary one, more of in awe i guess and i was thinking to myself that the wind represented the holy spirit.. the dream makes more sense thanks for clearing it up.. I also felt the dream was more positive and my desire to seek God..

I would like to encourage others who move in the prophetic to contribute to this thread. Even though one person may give a word, this does not hinder others from sharing as well. I have learned through the Prophetic Equipping days I attend that when a whole group of people give prophetic words for a person, the collective words can have a dynamic effect on the person receiving them.

Just recently I asked for the group to do a prophetic tape for my 16 year old daughter who was diagnosed with depression, and was also suffering physical sickness. About 20 people came up and gave words into the recorder. I brought the tape home and she listened to it. She said it was a definite help for her. She then went and had afternoon tea with a neighbour who suggested a course of action. Along with the prophetic words, Aimee knew what she wanted to do and put it into practice. She left school, which was causing her much stress and anxiety, and enrolled in one of the top flight hairdressing colleges in our city. Things worked together so well, and Aimee came right out of her sickness and depression, and has a real purpose for life in it. I believe that the prophetic words strengthened her and enabled her to make important decisions which changed her direction in life.

So this is an example of the power of a group of people giving prophetic words for a person. This would turn the prophetic on its head for many people who are accustomed to one person giving a prophecy to a whole group. Often such prophecies are forgotten as soon as they are said because they are not recorded or written down, and people's memories fade quickly in a service.

But if a whole group of people give prophetic words to a particular person, and these words are written down or recorded on tape, the person can go home and listen to the words quietly and attentively, and soak in what the Spirit is saying. Often the Spirit will speak through a collective group of people, and each word will dovetail together to form a composite word that can change a person's life.

I want to encourage it on this thread. It doesn't matter if you just have one sentence, or a number of sentences. You can describe a picture that you have received in your mind for the person. You can write a prophetic poem. You can describe a prophetic dream that you might have had that suddenly becomes relevant to that person. You can even type out a tongues message, and allow another person to interpret it! The Holy Spirit is not limited in how He speaks.

You see, God is speaking to us all the time through all manner of means. What you need to do is to come to the place where you can recognise His voice in your heart, and through faith and obedience, share it.

We must always remember: There is always someone waiting on the other end of your obedience for a blessing from God. If you hold back, that person may not receive that particular blessing He wants to give through your word.

We don't always have to know that what we have is definitely the voice of God, but God will always honour our faith and obedience.

Also, the prophetic is creative. God can use you to create a future for that person through the prophetic word. All He needs is your faith and obedience.

Now I need to say that some will not accept this way of ministering. You will have seen the debate on another thread that shows that. But I believe that this thread is not for those people. It is for those who are prepared to launch out for the Lord is this special way that brings so much blessing to so many.

If you have further questions, don't hesitate to PM me, and I will try and answer them. I will respond to PMs from genuine seekers of the gift of prophecy in preference to those who are tempted to grandstand their opposing views.

I want to especially encourage those who are seeking the gift of prophecy and want a safe venue to start using their faith. What better place to start when you are in the company of several others giving a word to a person. You will see right away whether your word is consistent with the others, and this will inspire and encourage you in it.

Go for it! We have one request for a word on the thread, and I am not going to give my word until several of you others give yours.

It all roots down to staying up all night in the CF forums and reading a lot of material that mainly came from you! So thanks again. You're a spiritual father to many

Father I thank You for Your faithful servant and precious daughter. I pray that You bless her and saturate her with Your Spirit. I pray that You bring peace to her mind and spirit as she goes though unsettling things. May Your light and truth lead her continually and may Your lamp of favor shine on her continually. Father, I pray that You would be near to her. That You would place your hand on her and comfort her by speaking love into her. Lord, I know she is precious to You and I pray that you give her a Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation in the knowledge of Christ that she may know the hope of Your calling for her. Lord, I pray that you speak life into her and that her spirit would come alive and burn with passion and zeal for you! In Jesus' mighty and precious name I pray. Amen.

I'm feeling like you're going through some kind of anxiety. Keep in mind that the Lord is your strength and your shield. Delight in Him and He will give you the desires of your heart. But remember, the more you delight in Him the more your His desires become your desires and you delight in what He delights in. I encourage you. Stay DEEP and ROOTED in prayer. It's in the secret place we find rest. It's in the secret place where we find Him. And there is no greater treasure than this. Don't get distracted by big and flashy things. Only "One thing" is needed (Ps. 27:4). Also, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty"(Ps. 91:1). I highly suggest a nice high dossage of Jesus
If you keep in your heart any of my weak words please keep this in mind: The more we keep our eyes and hearts on Jesus the more things around us will fade away.
Keep in mind the story of when Jesus told Peter to come to Him walking on the water (Matt. 14:28-31). Everything was fine as long as Peter kept his eyes on Jesus. And the same way I encourage you. Keep your eyes on Jesus.

I Pray these words meant something to you and that God touches your heart and continues to pour His blessings on you!!

I feel like the Lord is saying that there are some things that have been promised to you that have not come to pass. And I just really feel the Lord encouraging you and to take heart and stay encouraged. I hope this helps a bit and it meant something to you! I'll try and pray a bit more later.
