As you draw near to Him, He draws near to you. He surrounds you with favor as a shield. He surrounds You with Himself.

Yea, God justifies!

He lifts up those who humble themselves before.

Be confident in His love for you, for great is His love.

This is a word for Lily of the Valley, and the Lord is my Banner, and for anyone else that wants to receive from it. But specifically for them.

In Psalm 84, it talks about the Valley of Baca.


How lovely is Your tabernacle, O Lord of hosts!
My soul longs, yes, even faints
For the courts of the Lord;
My heart and my flesh cry out for the living God.
Even the sparrow has found a home,
And the swallow a nest for herself, Where she may lay her young—Even Your altars, O Lord of hosts, My King and my God.
Blessed are those who dwell in Your house, They will still be praising You.
Blessed is the man whose strength is in You
Whose heart is set on pilmagrage
As they pass through the Valley of Baca
They make it a spring; The rain also covers it with pools, They go from strength to strength

The part God laid upon my heart is the Valley of Baca. Baca is a type of balsam plant that can survive the dry conditions. The Valley is thought by some to be the same as the Valley of Rephaim (2 Sam 5:22-24). The rain is the early rain that begins to fall in the autumn and gives new life to sprouting plants and strength to men. “Blessed is the man whose strength is in You, whose heart is set upon pilgrimage, as they pass through the valley of baca, they make it a spring, the rain covers it with pools, they go from strength to strength”. When the heart is set upon pilgrimage you press forward, with one goal, one purpose. The Valley of Rephaim is a weeping place as well, so the weeping and crying that is done in Baca Valley makes “it a spring, the rain covers it with pools”. And as they do this, I believe they increase in strength. Just as it says. In Isaiah 40:31 it reads “those that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength”. The word “renew” in this context means “to exchange”. When you cry and release those feelings, all those emotions and burdens, you lay it before Him, and basically exchange your strength for His, therefore mounting up with wings as eagles. J Basically, God just wants you to go through the Valley of Baca while you are crying, (inside just as much as outside), to make the pools of tears into a well of everlasting life. Thereby becoming an overcomer by your testimony and trials. The Valley of Rephaim, valley of depression, a dark place where there is no light. While the tears you cry will not burn in the lamps, they will burn in the heart, and as the shell begins to crack, the light shines forth to light the way through the valley.
Going over to 2 Samuel that is referenced in verse 22:

Mulberry trees are also called balsam trees. J The sound of marching is not merely wind blowing, J but the sound of the angelic armies of God going ahead of them into battle.
The trials produce the tears, the tears produce the dependence upon God, and the exchanging of our strength for His, and ultimately produces within us, within our hearts if we allow it, the “valley look” in our eyes, that others will know when we look at them as they stand before us crying, or kneeling at the altar. No words need to be spoken, only a touch is needed and one look in the eyes. God’s love then pours forth into the broken heart before you, producing the hope that you found in the Valley of Baca, the valley of Rephaim.

This was an amazing word! I've never seeb a word this beautiful to me! This is something I related it to. When my kids were growing up and with my grandkids I tell them 'You can't have true joy without going through the wall of tears.' I never knew why I told them that. I just knew it was true. Last spring the Lord was talking to me on something and He gave me this verse.

Psalm 126:5,6

They that sow in tears
shall reap in joy.
He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed,
shall doubtless come again with rejoicing,
bringing his sheaves with him.

I knew what it meant but I didn't know what it meant. Now I know what it means. God bless you real big!

Hello everyone,

I don't know if this will make sense to any of you...BUT....

Think on this...only those who belong to HIM are ususally the most picked on...cuz if you already belonged to satan...he doesn't need to hurt you and make you take your eyes off of our wonderful Lord, cuz you are already his, why anyone choose satan over God..not a clue, but at any rate...ever notice how most of the mean spirited words are usually from those who "know HIM NOT"! We should feel blessed when picked on....cuz...

Think of being picked on as "Being in good company with our Lord"...whom everyone picks on...even today! Think of all that HE went through with His people and how "we know HE overcame it all" and for all of us too...WE are covered by HIS amazing blood, and no one, and not even satan can pull any of us down, unless we let them! Instead...just scream...like our Lord did..."get behind me satan" and then remember you are HIS! Amen!

And, seriously if our Lord is for us...then "who" can be against us! So, when confronted by mean spirited people I just try to remember...it could be worse...one could find themselves nailed to a cross, and since HE already did that...we should say "thank you in the face of adversity" even when those mean words come from those who call themselves Christians, amen! HE KNOWS OUR HEARTS...so as He said "vengence beith mine saith the Lord" and leave the sorrows to those He believes need to learn lessons! your sis, hannah banana Be Blessed everyone!
