  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Irene, I was so touched from your testimony and watching the revival last night. I have had a personal revival in my own soul. It is a wonderful thing. God is so good. Last nights session was amazing. I cried and cried in His presence. I have such a love and a hunger for Him now, I hardly spend time on the forums much any more. No point with all the negative, nit picking nonsense that is going on. I am sure it grieves the heart of God!

The last time I heard the term "zapped" used, it was in reference to someone being tazered by the police. Not fun.

Hello everyone... Just wanted you all to know that I haven't forgotten my friends on this thread. BY the way , for those who were praying for us. Someone at church gave us an envelope with 3000 dollars cash last week so we get to keep our car and are out of the financial hole. BAM!
