Promises you made to God

I promised God I wouldn't kill myself. Too bad everyone on Earth regrets that decision.

Yup...I promised God that I would stop swearing and go to church a couple times...*sigh*...I really screwed that up.

I promised God that I would not look at pornography or have premarital sex again (I get married in october)

I broke those promises. I made these promises while praying for healing and I sometimes feel thats why I have yet to recieve it in the physical.

I know I'm healed...I just think my actions are keeping it from manifesting at this time.

Yes I have in the past and probably havent been able to keep them all nowadays I just ask for Gods help and mercy in everything I do think I used to think that I could get more of Gods favour by making promises or even to bargain with God ie `Lord I will promise this or that if you will give me or let me this such and such ....... which now I know is wrong
