Ahem . . . me-me-me:

All alone am I....ever since your goodbye
All alone with just a beat of my heart....
People all around but I don't hear a sound
Just the lonely beating of my heart.

All Alone Am I*

I'm back ! I have a new keyboard. It is going to get a little getting used to. It is a split board and will force me to use the right hand for the right side and so forth.

It's good to be back. I've spent several days in and out of bed with a virus. Was back at work today for the first time this week. Still not all the way there but on the way I think. :)

I don't know what's in Corn Huskers lotion.

Yippeee! Prom is back!!!

I was beginning to feel abandoned in the nest. :( You know, with nothing to do but pick at my feathers.

I'm sorry about your mishaps. I'm so glad you are back and well. :amen:

Now where are those other silly eagles?

Corn Huskers Lotion has a lot of those ingredients I can't pronounce. But BORIC ACID is one that I recognize. Didn't they used to kill roaches with that?

You will do best with something that has little or no mineral oils, no animal derivatives, chemicals, or preservatives. No SD acohol, waxes, fillers, artifical colors, and watch out for heavy perfumy stuff. It's there to cover up the smell of other stuff. You would be amazed and sickened at some of the things in skin care and cosmetics.
I'm not sure what's out ther on the market as far as natural stuff at the local stores.
Watch out for things that say they are natural but only have some natural ingredients.
Look for ingredients that contain natural herbs and botanicals. I'm not sure what you might find.
Mandy says that what is recommended for exzema is the salt scrub. It has salt, natural oils, botanicals and has a citrus smell. The salt sloughs off the dead skin and the oils moisturize. It is very gentle even though it may not sound like it.
I probably should have said all this by private message but since it is so long and may bore the others. But now that I have done it I don't want to start over.
Please bear with us folks we are trying to take care of Migs sensitive skin.

Migs, You may not find a sea salt scrub that smells liKe citrus. That's what ours smells like. Keep some of these things in mind while you are looking. Look for natural oils like olive oil, avocado, safflower , sweet almond oil, aloe vera gel, vitamins E,A,D. Please if you annot find anything similar let e know and I will try to get you soe of ours
