Where do I sign up for a Prog forum? Let's get this thing DONE already.

Just to clarify, is this the real deal Visionary? Has there been work going on behind the scenes to make this happen? Because this is the first I have heard of it since our last failed attempt.

I don't think it would be too hard to get the twenty members but unless we have a place to send them to it would not work out well. Because then they are being directed to this forum and the SDA forum here with all of its disfunction.

As a WWMC member, I would welcome such a subforum, so long as you understand the WWMC Forum-Specific Guidelines and are willing to have them govern your subforum.

If you find these FSGs do not suit your needs, please be honest about it. You may prefer to seek another umbrella for your new home.

Unfortunately the rules kind of changed on us, we had reduced the effect of the TSDA moderators acting here but then it appears that the new FSG were reducing the interaction of former SDA's in this subforum. Though I thought you could read the rules to still allow their participation it appears that many thought that would be a violation of the rules.

I read an liked the WWMC rules. As they are much like our original rules except you spend more writing explaining that everyone was welcome. In effect the Progressive Sub-forum was changed radically when they excluded people who we PSDA got along well with.

That is my understanding... No kidding. To have a completely separate forum just for Prog, you must have twenty or more members.

We're working on it. We have the support of about four former Adventists as well.

It's just a matter of finding out if the WWMC regulars will give us the okay to have our own subforum there.

In the event that WWMC creates a new subforum, I have to let you know that any "rejoicing" of this move placed in the Trad SDA subforum will be seen as baiting, and actioned by staff.

Please keep the celebration in the new subforum, and remember to not bash anyone else during that celebration, as the WWMC mods will not tolerate any bashing. They will, however, allow the rejoicing.
