Problem with subscriptions

Howdy!

I tried to extend my subscription by a year, and instead of doing so I'm now showing 2 separate subscriptions running concurrently. Shouldn't adding a year increase the length of the subscription I already have?

There was also mention about extending SS subscriptions for a time due to the loss of features for months here?

Redneck Crow, I'm showing you have one subscription called
CF Support Annual that runs 18th August 2008 to 18th August 2009
And two subscriptions each called
Site Supporter Subscriptions that run 15th March 2006 to 15th June 2010
Site Supporter Subscriptions that run 15th March 2006 to 15th June 2010

This is an easy fix. Would you please tell me if both the first and one of the second is correct? Or is it just one of the three above?

Could someone please fix this?

When I resubscribe I kinda expect it to run serially, not concurrently. That seems to be standard practice for any website I've ever joined. I am still showing separate sets of subscriptions. It's silly to in effect pay double to subscribe to a site.

Just so I understand this you purchase SS options that started in 2006 up until 2010? and then another one that is to run you until 2015 but you want it to be edited to start at 2010 run until 2017? Correct?

Yup. I can't see where having 2 memberships running concurrently would make much sense. I'm puzzled as to why it would be set up that way instead of extending the existing membership.
