People tell me they are unable to send me PM's even though I have the option enabled. Also, some of my user options are unavailable to me. Any help would be appreciated!

Starting today August 7th, 2024, in order to post in the Married Couples, Courting Couples, or Singles forums, you will not be allowed to post if you have your Marital status designated as private. Announcements will be made in the respective forums as well but please note that if yours is currently listed as Private, you will need to submit a ticket in the Support Area to have yours changed.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I still am having trouble and I'm not staying logged in even though I checked the box to keep me logged in.....again, any help would be appreciated!

Privacy options haven't been restored.
As for the other two...
1) Which users aren't recieving your PMs? Would I be able to borrow the accounts to do testing?
2) Do you have cookies enabled? And do you access the site (initially) via http://christianforums.com/ or do you use www. or another domain / IP address?

thanks for your help...people can't PM me, they get an error message saying I'm not accepting PM's from them, but I have the option enabled.

the person unable to PM me is Michie. As for the staying logged in...if I'm on my PC it works fine, but on my MAC everytime I navigate away from the site I have to log on again (even though I checked the box to keep me logged in) I never had any trouble with it until the site changes. Thanks again for your help!

Listen guys... this is ridiculous. I have been trying to contact Karin by PM for over a month. Everytime I get a message that she has chosen not to recieve PM's. Whats the problem. Could you keep us updated as to the progress? Because absolutely nothing has changed.
