Prince of Persia

well, I just got the two first ones (Sands of Time and Warrior Within) and I must say, the platforming parts are amazing...if anyone has the last one (The Two Thrones) I would like to know how it stacks up to these two

Prince Of Persia was a pretty good game, great graphics and storyline but I didnt care much for either. Im not a big fan of the Tomb Raider style games.

I played Sands of Time and loved the platforming parts too but I got stuck early in the game on a bunch of zombies that spawned faster than I could kill them and soon overwhelmed me. I really could've used a minigun and some grenades there.

lol...I never really thought it was that hard, especially with the ability to slow down time, and just take them out that way

I just started playing the 2nd one. 3 looks so good I didn't want to skip any storyline before I buy it.

It just seemed like I would beat one down then use the dagger to collect their sand, then 2 more had spawned and that kept repeating till there were like 8+ and they kept beating on me while I tried to collect the sand. I might pick it up and try it again sometime because it really was fun.

yea, same here...I bought both, just so I could buy the third one

Haven't played the first or the third one. I do have Warrior Within, and that's a darn good game. Not for everybody, though.

I haven't been able to beat the Empress the second time. I already got the "good" ending, where I picked up the Water Sword and beat the Dahaka, but taking him down is easier than the enhanced Empress, it seems.

The third [and last of the series] is suppossed to be pretty descent. I'll definately rent it soon.

I got stuck in Sands of Time where you have to run, jump on a wall and do a backflip to land on a ledge and I could never get high enough... after a couple hours trying I gave up and haven't played it since.
