If what the guy said is true then I am still a Primitive Baptist. But of course what he said, while technically true, is not what most PB's believe. I know because I was raised as one and still know many with whom I talk. They do not hold to the free offer but it is because to them election is salvation. I do not hold to the so-called free offer because god never offers salvation in the Scriptures He gives it. I do not hold election as salvation but unto salvation. Also most PB's hold to a time salvation and preach that instead of the Gospel.

To say the least the video is misleading.

They are a bunch of unbelievers pretending to love The Lord.

I would term the Westboro as Uber-Calvinists (that is take Hyper-Calvinism one step further to redefining the Church as the cultic community) add three dashes of King James Onlyism, two of Anglo-Israelism, five of asceticism, shake well and serve chilled.

Denominationally though I think they were linked to the SBC before breaking off.

I would say less Hyper-Calvinist and more Hyper-Fundamentalist. The issues stem from their isms as they relate to the Fundamentalist mindset.
