Presuppositionalism

Anyone familiar with this argument? I'm arguing with a presuppositionalist elsewhere, and while the idea is absurd, I can't seem to find its weak point. A little help?

Wikipedia has a good article on it. It is a little heavy going. I don't think there is a weak point per se. Some people have a different set of percieved values and the the presupps hold to the idea that you can't hold onto one set of values about God and yet question God's existence or Biblical truthfulness with another set. The two are incompatable.
