In part one of this series we saw how the prophesies of Moses and Daniel concerning the Ark of the Covenant and the 70 Weeks prove that Yeshua the Messiah would die after 5,500 Years from Adam. We will now prove why other chronologies which do not follow this reckoning are false.
For those who aren't very familiar with biblical chronology, and the subject of world chronology as a whole, it must be understood that our Common Era dates cover the same events as the classical Anno Domini timeline: both of which are centered around the birth of Christ. The Common Era timeline is nothing but a politically correct way of being "inclusive" of all faiths and beliefs which do not hold a belief in God or Christ, but from a spiritual persective this is another tool the Enemy uses to draw people further away from God and have future generations not have the Son of God in their minds. The Anno Domini timeline was created by Dionysius Exiguus ("Dennis the Small"), according to official history, in the year 525 AD; and, it's purpose was to replace the then Anno Diocletiani "Year of Diocletian" which those in the late 3rd Century AD counted the number of years since the end of the persecution of the Church by that wicked Emperor.
Prior to these timelines the Ab Urbe Condita is reported to have first been in official use by the Roman Emperor Claudius c. 41 AD onwards, as is evidenced by the writings of certain chronologers such as Dionysius of Halicarnassus, Eusebius, Jerome, etc. It's earliest known use can be found at the end of the first book of Titus Livius (i.e. "Livy") History of Rome where he records that the Roman Republic began after 244 Years from the building of the city. Now around the time of Christ there were three well known timelines which were in use among the Greeks and the Jews:
1) Anno Graecorum
2) Olympiads
3) Anno Mundi
The Anno Graecorum are what the Jews who lived during the Maccabean revolt used to count the years from the time Seleucis--one of Alexander the Greats four generals whom Daniel prophesied about--dominated the Jews. The Olympiads are what the Greeks used to count their histories by connecting them to their Olympic games which were held once every four years. The 1st Olympiad is said to have been founded by Hercules in honor of his father Zeus on Mt. Olympus, hence the Olympic games. The oldest of these three is the Anno Mundi "Year of the World". Technically term Anno Mundi wouldn't be used until around the 11th Century AD, yet the practice of counting the years from Adam to the present year was already in use long before this time by Eutychius of Alexandria, St. Epiphianus, Jerome, Eusebius, Sextus Julius Africanus, Josephus, with the earliest explicit reference being found in the Syriac version of 2 Esdras 14. Among these writers Josephus is the one who clearly tells us the way to properly reckon the years from Adam by only adding the years each father begat their son.
With this preliminary history on timlines out of the way it must be understood that all chronolgical events based on the Anno Domini are centered around the birth of Christ which are built upon the Anno Mundi years who track the time from Adam to the death of Christ, His Second Coming, and the Final Judgment. Therefore to ascertain the truth of the events in world history you must have the correct biblical timeline in place; and in order to get your data points aligned correctly you must have a mastery of biblical world history; and prior to this you must know how to apply the main lesson philosophy teaches all of us, namely the ability to distinguish truth from falsehood, and good from evil; but, above all in order to receive knowledge you must humble yourself before God who is the source and beginning of wisdom.
Let us now view history and chronolgy from 10,000 Feet before we jump into the minor details as we will gain a clear understanding of what we are studying. We have three major dates for creation:
1) -5470 BC (Septuagint)
2) -4004 BC (James Ussher)
3) -3761 BC (Rabbinic Judaism)
Assuming our current year 2021 AD is correct let us perfrom some simple arithmetic:
5,470 Years + 2,021 Years = 7491 AM
4,004 Years + 2,021 Years = 6025 AM
3,761 Years + 2,021 Years = 5782 AM
It would seem on the surface that rabbinic Judaism has it correct, but a look at the source text of all three in history will say otherwise. Our modern translations of the Bible are based primarily in the Masoretic Text (MT) which was first created in the 7th Century AD, and wouldn't be in widespread use until the 10th Century/1000 AD onwards: which means these biblical texts are only 1,321 Years old. Around this time dating creation to -4000 BC became wildly popular. Prior to this time rabbinc Jews were dating creation -3761 BC since the 4th Century AD when Hillel II set it down, which makes it 300 Years older than Usshers date. And before this the earliest known translation of the Hebrew Bible is traced back to -284 BC during the reign of Ptolemy II Philadelphus who was the second king and pharaoh of Alexandria, Egypt. The source of this story of the Letter of Aristeas which is said to have been written during the aformentioned event. The earliest writers we have to speak of this event are the Hellenic Jew Philo of Alexandria who lived from 20-50 BC; and, the Jewish Roman history Josephus living from 37-100 AD: therefore we have no reason to doubt the authenticty of the letter. It wouldn't be until the time of Christ, when the followers of Yeshua began to refute the Hebrews by showing that their own Scriptures proved Christ is the Son of God, that the Jewish majority began to question the Septuagint, the name given after the seventy translators who completed the work in 72 Days through God's Divine Assistance. This means the Septuagint was based off a Hebrew original which was already 5,186 Years old! So from -284 BC to our modern day makes the LXX 2,305 Years old.
And a comparison of the number of years from Adam to Christ will show a discrepancy of 1,466 Years between the genealogical records of Genesis 5 & 11:

This may only be explained through the birth, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior of the world who descended from the line of Judah, who would later be rejected by His own people, who along with others would alter the Sacred Scriptures to erase the chronolgies which would prove the first and second coming of Yeshua the Messiah as the Son of God. Therefore the antagonism of Jews toward Jesus today wouldn't exist if He was not a historical figure; nor, could we have hope of eternal life or be saved if Jesus' birth, death, burial, and resurrection on the 3rd Day were not recorded in the annals of history; and, the Jews could not claim Israel today without the Word of God being given to them through Moses. Oh how stupid and ungrateful mankind has proven to be towards God when the truth stares at us in the face!
As the apostle John wrote in one of his letters:
"Those who deny the Father and Yeshua being His Son are the anti-christ."
Dear reader make up your own mind as to whose house you and your family will serve, God or Satan? And do not think that Satan wouldn't go as far as tampering with world history and time for Daniel forsaw this would happen during the time of the Fourth Beast:
"He will speak out against the Most High and wear down the saints of the Highest One, and he will intend to make alterations in times and in law; and they will be given into his hand for a time, times, and half a time."

and this agrees with John the Evangelist who recounts the events from the birth of Christ to our day, and the last 3.5 Years of the world...
"A great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars; and she was with child; and she *cried out, being in labor and in pain to give birth. Then another sign appeared in heaven: and behold, a great red dragon having seven heads and ten horns, and on his heads were seven diadems. And his tail *swept away a third of the stars of heaven and threw them to the earth.
And the dragon stood before the woman who was about to give birth, so that when she gave birth he might devour her child. And she gave birth to a son, a male child, who is to rule all the nations with a rod of iron; and her child was caught up to God and to His throne. Then the woman fled into the wilderness where she *had a place prepared by God, so that there she would be nourished for one thousand two hundred and sixty days.
And there was war in heaven, Michael and his angels waging war with the dragon. These things were prophesied by God to Adam and Eve in Eden:
"And I will put enmity Between you and the woman, And between your seed and her seed; He shall bruise you on the head, And you shall bruise him on the heel.”

Therefore this conflict between good and evil is set to last until the Final Judgement: for even after the world has seen Yeshua the Messiah for 1,000 Years straight, Satan will still be able to decieve and gather a multitude whose number is as the sand of the sea to wage a final battle against Christ! This is why Yeshua gently and wisely tells us:
"Behold I send you out it in the midst of wolves, therefore be you as innocent as doves and wise as serpents."
So if we are meek and gentle but lack wisdom, we will fall for the words of the Serpent and be decieved just as Eve was in Eden.
In closing we see why the Septuagint is the true text as it preserves the longer chronology which shows that Christ would die after 5,500 Years from the creation of Adam, and is the oldest known text we have next to the Hebrew original given by Moses. If the Word of God is not your source for world history then you will fall into the fables of evolution, India, Babylon, and Egypt whose histories contain wild tales of hundreds of thousands to billions of years of unaccounted history, and many other like tales from other nations who cannot trace their histories from before the Flood. If on the other hand you posses a sound mind and do base your world history on the Bible then which textual tradition are your numbers based upon?
