Did anyone else see this movie? I was terribly dissapointed with it. There were some serious continuity errors and the ending wasn't very good. Any other thoughts?

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I actually liked the movie- good acting, gripping, and a plot that, as a Christian, makes you think. Some people might find it disturbing only because it is so well put together and makes you think about your mortality. But it also reminds you to live this life to the fullest, and to cherish the good things that God has given you in this life.

I guess one person's sermon is another's coffee.
This was certainly a lot better than most of the fare out there where directors seem to outdo each other in how much violence and depravity they can present. Now that really is shock and awe.
So just out of curiosity, what would you consider a good recent movie?

I thought the movie was decent enough. There might be some continuity errors but it seems like the director thought it through before filming it. It might be that it seems like continuity errors because of it's jumbled time sequences.
