Ok with my last pregnancy I had a feeling that something was going to go wrong with her birth, and someting did. My uterus inverted during the c-section, so I resigned myself to the fact that I would not be able to conceive again. Well we did and we are very happy about it.

Now after my ultrasound we were told that my uterus is not shaped right, not exactly sure how it is shaped, will talk to the MW Thursday to find out more, but it made finding the baby very hard, and then we couldn't see the baby very well.

Anyway I have that same feeling again, that something is going to go wrong during the c-section, I am no longer allowed to go into labor, because of the inverted uterus during the last c-section, and am high risk. But this time I feel even more at peace about it, even though when I got married hubby and I felt that God would give us a large family. I am guessing our large family will be 3-4 kids, I say 3-4 because the tech said that their could be another baby hiding due to the gest sac size and how my uterus is shaped.

BTW we became QF 3-4 months prior to conceiving DD2.

I don't know if this feeling is from God or not, it is just something that I really feel is going to happen, yet I am ok with it.

I have a tilted uterus I guess, I didn't know that until my second pregnancy and it seems to be okay, I can't remember what this effected... feeling baby movement maybe? I don't get early ultrasounds so I don't know if that would have been effected.

I have heard that during c-sections it is not uncommon for a uterus to invert when they pull the baby out and things are fine, I don't know the exact case for you or what the extra complications were but you could consider a second opinion if they are telling you you must be finished, and it is not too late for a vbac either.

JMO though, you have to follow what you think is right.

no they are not saying that I must be finished, that is a feeling I have myself. I canhave a many c-sections as I want.

No doctor in the state of Iowa will do a VBA2C so that isn't an option for me, and the only reason I am with a midwife now is because she is in practice with my new OB/GYN, if not no midwife would take me on, I have tried. I love my new office, they are prolife and very supportive of NFP and QF and breastfeeding.

I remember reading your birth story last time 'round. Yikes!

I have a tilted uterus and they told me that it usually corrects itself by about 12 weeks. I'm not sure if it will be the same for you because of your last caesar. I remember there was a lady here on CF whose tilted uterus did not rectify itself and was still tilted at 5 months. She had a lot of discomfort as the weight of the baby was sitting on her bowels. But I think that is very rare.
