prayers please

hi all.  my wife and i are hoping for a baby and we think she could be pregnant.  but she's also had signs that she's not.  we're not sure, but the time is coming close when we'll know. 

please pray that God has blessed us with a child.  we are completely prepared if He decides the time is not right, though.

okay, well, i wanted to wait a few weeks to tell you guys after we'd told the rest of my family and after the baby was in no danger, but we are pregnant. 



but we are in danger of losing the baby.  we are seeing the doctor today.  please pray that our baby is safe, if God wills it so...  it's so gut wrenching to think about it right now.........

Prayer to St. Gerard

For Motherhood

O good Saint Gerard, powerful intercessor before the throne of God, wonder-worker of our day, I call upon you and seek your help.  While on earth, you always fulfilled God's designs; help me, too, always to do God's holy will.  Beseech the master of life, from whom all parenthood proceeds, to bless me with offspring, that I may raise up children to God in this life and heirs to the kingdom of God's glory in the life to come.  Amen.
