  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Well well well....Life lately has been going downhill and alll that stuff....This summer i was planning for it to be a life changing summer....To be filled with Gods glory, to strengthen my Faith, and trust...I was excited...I just graduated, and am going to go to Grace University to be a youth pastor.....Well the opposite has happened....My life sucks and is going downhill terrribly...My Freinds are starting to fall away from Christ, along with me....My pray time and devotional time has been poopy latley....And I dont feel motivated enough to do it....I need something to change me....I am to the point of being sick and tired of this cycle....I am not going to give up, but its just getting tireing......I dont know what to do so i need some prayer....I find asking for prayer very selfish but I am to the point of going to no end to get back right with Christ....

I am really sorry things seem to be going in the opposite direction. Please don't be discouraged, this is just the enemy attacking you and trying to keep you from succeeding! I will be praying for you. Stand fast my dear brother and don't give up. Your prayer is not selfish at all, and you are wise to know when you need some help in holding up your arms...even Moses needed help from time to time!
