  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

There is a 15 year old girl on one of the forums I go to that is in need of serious prayers. She is from Toronto Canada and yesterday she was hit by a car. She is now in a coma and no one really knows what the prognosis is for her. The last I read from her sister was that she will probably be in a coma for 4-7 days and she could end up paralized because her spine has a long crack and she has also had trouble with her heart rate dropping. I couldn't understand what her sister was saying and she didn't know either but she said they had to use the "chest pump" on her which I can only figure out is the defibulator and she also said they had to do CPR on her but they did get her heart rate back up. She also lost a lot of blood. So she really needs a lot of prayers to make it through this.

I didn't even know this girl that much but after reading the update from her sister I was in tears. So please keep Waggie in your prayers.

I was hit by a car myself as a 5 1/2 year old, suffering from tramatic head injuries. I was also in a coma for almost 4 weeks. There were other injuries and so on. So.....I have some personal experience with what Waggie and her family are going through. They will need much prayer. I am going to ask others I know to pray also.

This is a post from Waggie!! It's good to see she is better!!!

I really don't know how to start this off so lets get right to the point. Thank you, thank you, thank you everyone for praying for me, and for all your support. Im truely touched and just over the top..i, i dont know, im speechless. Look at me crying! Im just glad, you guys are better than the best. I wish I could write a thank you note directed to each and every single one of you that have replied but I guess I'll do that after I get home..whenever I can leave. Again, thank you for all the cards, letters, private messages, the facebook group, the powerpoint presentation, this thread. Im for sure gonna get someone to hang all the cards and letters on my wall, since im gonna be in a wheel chair for a while cause of my back and knee, but wow I'm just shocked, it feels like an after life..like waking up after being dead after infinity years. I love you all and thanks once again.
