I have been in the Christian faith a few times so far..taking his wonderful gift and letting "people" turn me away and going back to paganism and turning my back to God over and over. Yes my faith has been very weak. It was never God who failed me, I failed God and I listened to people rather than to my heart.

I have been very sick the last few days and I don't know if it is my imagination or not but I believe that Jesus has been talking to me asking me to take his hand again.. that he has not left my side from the last time.. that I have not turned my back all the way..and he loves me and wants me. So I took his hand and am holding tight.. if he has faith in me.. I must have faith too.

Dear Ranae,

This scripture came to me for you.

Psalm 103:8-14

8 The Lord is compassionate and merciful,
slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love.
9 He will not constantly accuse us,
nor remain angry forever.
10 He does not punish us for all our sins;
he does not deal harshly with us, as we deserve.
11 For his unfailing love toward those who fear him
is as great as the height of the heavens above the earth.
12 He has removed our sins as far from us
as the east is from the west.
13 The Lord is like a father to his children,
tender and compassionate to those who fear him.
14 For he knows how weak we are;
he remembers we are only dust.

Ranae, when we are faithless, He remains faithful - He cannot deny Himself (His loving nature). David said, "Thy gentleness has made me great". In was in David's weakness that the Lord's strength was made manifest, and the Lord was glorified in it. May you know the immense power of feeding on His love.

For this reason, because I have heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love toward all the saints,
I do not cease to give thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers,
that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him,
having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints,
and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the working of his great might
that he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places,
far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and above every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come.
And he put all things under his feet and gave him as head over all things to the church,
which is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all. -Eph 1:15-23
