Ever since I woke up his morning I've felt dizzy. Not pleasant. I've had this before off & on. But I'm not sure if it has anything to do with what I'm practicing during Lent or what. But it feels miserable.

Please pray for relief. It's hard to do anything when you feel this way.

Thanks.

It's probably withdrawals from the processed carbs and sugar. Sunday is a free day so fill your face with muffins and cookies. :)

Since your hubby is diabetic, if he has a glucose monitor, you can always check your sugar level too. Just a thought.
He does not have one. :(

But I've been eating lots of fruit... *shrug*

I'll be back in a bit.

Praying.

Try a few of these things and I hope one of them will work.

1. Drink some water, you could be dehydrated.

2. Eat something like toast, you could be hungry

3. Eat something with sugar in it because you could be low on sugar

4. Lay down if these above things don't work and try to get some sleep. It could be that you are tired.

5. If you have a lot of stress at the moment in your life, that can also cause dizziness....

If it continues contact your doctor. I'm not a doctor, but I've been dizzy a few times and these are the things that helped me and I hope this is helpful to you.

Keep in mind that to high of a sugar level can make you dizzy too. So if it were me, I would try milk, a slice of cheese and a couple crackers. Better to stay on the side of caution. And you are eating fruits, even though it is natural sugar, some fruits are much higher than others. Remember protein and carbs will balance if that is the problem.

That makes sense. And then have a cookie. LOL (later when you feel better).

Thanks for the prayers everyone.

Still feeling yucky but not so bad. I don't take Sundays off during Lent.

Had a bowl of cereal & relaxed a bit.

But still feeling off kilter & a bit headache-y.

I really did not sleep well lastnight but I'm leaning towards my sinuses.

As far as stress, I actually got so dizzy one time I ran into walls. Went to the Dr. & after the check-up he gave me valium!

I couldn't believe it.

Guess it was stress. It totally went away after that.

Anyway, I'm rambling.

Thanks again for the prayers everyone.

Thanks Isa & D'Ann.

I'm hoping it's just sinuses but it just won't let up which makes me wonder about other possible causes.

Could be an inner ear infection affecting balance.

Could be several other things too . . . if it continues, you probably should see a doctor.

I have such issues when I don't take enough B12 . . .I have to take massive amounts of B12 to keep such things at bay.

I had a spell like that a year or so ago. I woke up so dizzy, my eyes were just spinning around the room, and I didn't think I'd be able to even climb out of bed. It was extremely disorienting. I went in the kitchen and tried to fix myself some oatmeal, but had to crouch down on the kitchen floor, I was so dizzy, and starting to get nauseated. I think it was a bug that was going around campus. I hope I never wake up like that again.
