Prayers for my grandma's dementia

My grandma has dementia and she's been fine for a few months, but it's been acting up lately. She's been forgetting things my mom tells her and it's starting to worry me. Please keep her in your prayers.

Great and loving Father in heaven, I ask You to bless the grandmother of this person. They are unknown to me, Lord, but you know all and You know each one of Your children and all their needs. I pray that you would bless this person who is one of Your daughters, bless her mind that it may sharpen and become more aware. In Jesus name I pray. So be it.
