Just appreciate your prayers at this time.
Probably you would gather from some of my previous posts. that alot of my problems are due to my mum.
Well, im off down to see her on thurs and i still do not want to go down. Im not there for me but the lord. But its like jekyll and hyde.

I am really struggling and dont know how i will cope. I do not want to go down.

I still struggling everyday with self harm. My church does not want to know.

All i can ask is please pray for strength for me.

Dear Lord I ask for your healing hand to be placed upon this child of yours as she struggles thru the trials and tribulations of this life on earth and i ask that especially you be there for her as she visits her mum which she is not keen on doing but that you make sure that it goes as painlessly as possible. I also ask for help for her to resist the temptation of harming one of your children by hurting herself. Lord please strengthen her faith during this difficult time. I ask this in your precious and Holy Name. Amen.

I still struggling everyday with self harm.

I pray the Lord will help you thru this difficult time.

But I hope you don't mind a tip that I found helpful. When I was self hurting, it was in part because I found physical pain helped distract my mind from emotional pain. The counselor I was seeing at the time suggested that I try ice. When I got to that point where I was considering hurting myself, if I got a bowl of ice and stick my hands in it, it didn't take very long before the sensation would become overpowering and painful, helping to distract me from my emotional pain, but without inflicting the same kind of damage that I had been. I still had to deal with the issues, and learn how to live with what was going on in my life, but the suggestion of using ice helped me to keep from hurting myself while I did so.

Honey, You have my prayers!! I don't really know about your story but, GOD would want you to try and forgive and see your mom. Please don't self harm! Your so young, if you follow GODS instuction book you will find another way to cope! Promise! As far as your church goes, I'm suprised that they won't help or at least pray for you. I'm glad I found this site and I'm glad you did too because it has really helped me. NAHUM 1:7 THE LORD IS GOOD, A REFUGE IN TIMES OF TROUBLE. HE CARES FOR THOSE WHO TRUST IN HIM. a HUG, A PRAYER AND AN ANGEL TO WATCH OVER!!
