How the prayer Warrior List works.
As by now many of you notice That I Have a List of Names in my Sig File.
I call them My "Prayer Warrior" List.
These names are put there for constance reminder to all who see my Signature to pray for those in Urgent needs right now.
Some may have links and the Initials PR by them that means there is more info in the Prayer Forum
Some may have unspoken. those are where the info is private.
The names may stay on the list as long as the urgency remains.
If the list becomes too long. I may be force to remove the older ones or the less critical ones in order to stay within the guidlines giving to me.
How do the request get on the list ?.. simple.. by your PM to me or it's brought to my attention by one of the Prayer Room Staff.
Please dont send anything that may be long term Prayer request unless it's a Serious long term need such as an health threat. Non Health concerns should be posted in the Prayer Room.

What Can YOU do?
Simple.. anytime you see My sig File list of name.. stop right there and say a little Prayer for each one. The Power of Prayer is Real, It is powerful.

If you have an interest in Joining me in this Ministry Please send me a PM and I will take it up with the Staff. This is a new ideal and still needs a lot work to be effective. My Goal is to have a few people so that we can spread this across the Whole Board.. well most of it anyway.

God is so good to me.
After discussings with the staff, I have been given the go ahead to promote The Prayer Warrior sig List.
The next step is to Look for some more Prayer Warriors to use their sig to reach a larger audience.
If you are willing to be a Prayer Warrior List member it is simple. No sign up is required. You can start when you want and stop when you want.
Just some things to bear in mind.
1) This will use all the advailable space allowed in your sig file. You cannot do this and add other stuff. The Staff has giving me some leway as far as the 7 line rule.. But we should be able to keep it to that. Please do not abuse this Kind offer by the staff.
2) When your sig is updated, ALL previous post you have made will reflect the change if you had the sig file activated. This is the great thing about it because it will always be current.
3) You do not have to use the same list I do as far as names.. but it would be more effective if we did. Especially if it is an "Urgent " need.
Example.. if you're a Youth in the Youth Forum you may want to list some concerns as far as the youths are concern. But if Someone Mother/ father or so forth need urgent Prayer because of a serious health need, then we should ALL list that.
4) I know there are a lot of "Pray for me because of" and they do need prayer. But because of limited space you need to judge wether to list them or not. I encourage them to head to the Prayer Room.
5) Once again because of space concern, it is best that the actual Prayer be done in the Prayer Forum. The codes I list are link code to that prayer in the Prayer Forum

Now for the codes to put in your Sig file. If you need help just let me know.
The below is a setup I have in my sig file as of right now. The only differant is the [ and ] have been replace with { and } so you can copy and paste from here and then replace the { and } back to [ and ]. Once you get it set up.. then the only thing you will need to change to update it is between the "move" and "/move" commands. also in the first line add a : before and after the word pray, those are the smiley icons

I hope you understand how to do this, If you have trouble.. please let me know and I'll try to help you out. Do not get discourage, because I had fun making it worked and took a while to figure it out. But once I figured it out it was just a matter adding and removing what I wanted to change.
What it looks like,
when you enter this line( don't forget the { } deal)

To set it up.. go to the post that the Prayer is in and Highlight the address bar in your browser, right click and select copy and then go to your sig file (some of you may want to use your notepad)
I single click my mouse where I want it to go, then I add the begining code which is {url=
then I right click after the = sign and select Paste.
I now have this, {url=http://www.christianforums.com/threads/27222-2.html
At the end I add a }
after that .. is where I add the persons Name in this case Ken
now it will look like this,
{url=http://www.christianforums.com/threads/27222-2.html}Ken
then I add the final code to make it work, {/url} so now it looks like this
{url=http://www.christianforums.com/threads/27222-2.html}Ken{/url}
be aware that there should not be any spaces in that line. if there is.. then that line is broken and won't work.
The space before {url} and after {/url} you can put in your own words. I usally put (PR) to let them know that it's listed in the prayer room.. Once you get the ideal.. you can add what you want. (don't forget to keep it short and simple.

I know this is long and I hope it helps, but like I said.. if you have trouble or feel you can't do it yourself.. PM me and we'll get it worked out. There are ways we can make it work. All we need, is to hear from you!

I've been chatting with aaron via PM and he has brought out some interesting questions and I do want to point out to anyone interested that I'm willing to work with anybody at any level to learn how to make the Prayer Warrior List work for them.
If you have any question.. feel free to ask them here or PM me.

1) I would like to point out.. The Prayer Warrior List is NOT a "special running" program  that is inserted in yur sig file. It is the same thing anybody can build their sig file into by using the Codes allowed by this Board.
2) You can decide who and what is mentioned in the Prayer Warrior List IE.. if you are a Youth then you may want to add in Youth concerns, same thing For Ladies.. etc..etc... The only thing I would suggest that is added to ALL members list is those of emergency Health concerns.
3)Size.. The Board has a 7 line viewing rule for the sig file. We can work with that in serveral ways....
a) The Staff is willing to allow it to be over the 7 line provided that it is Brought to the Staffs attention so that all the Staff is aware of it. (I've been able to keep it below 7 lines so this shouldn't be a problem) This applys to just the Prayer Warrior List itself.. not other added things.
b) Rather than the full setup like mine we can do a Mini set up, where all you have is "Prayer Warrior" and then the list. This will allow you to have around 4 to 5 lines for other things. My thinking is to have it in the last 2 or 3 lines of your viewing sig therefore leaving the upper part for other things you may wish to add for your personal sig.
3) ok.. this talks about YOUR level of know how. Some of us are pretty good with codes and some or not. I'm willing to work with the Level YOU are at. Don't be embarrass there are thousands of people who have differant level of understanding codes. Even I cannot fully comprehend all the advailable codes. It's a trial and error learning process. So the Following is a list of levels I need to know from you on working WITH you in Putting in a Prayer Warrior list in your sig file.

Levels

High) High level would be ..Hey I know how to do it all.. just let me do it.
Medium) medium is .. you know.. I know a little bit about codes and with a little help I can do it my self.. just show me what codes to use to make it work
Low) Low is.. well I've never been able to figure them things out.. so maybe if you work with me maybe I can learn how to do it.
None) None is.. gee.. I haven't a clue what you mean about codes and I can't seem to make them work. I want you to set it up and maintain it.

What I (Buggyman) can do. 

If you are at Medium, Low or None level I can help you if you want to do your Part in being A Prayer Warrior list carrier. Just let me know what level you feel you are at. (you can PM me on this) But here's the deal... At those levels I would need YOUR permission to enter your control Panel to set it up since this is a Voluntary deal.
Just let me know if you want the Full List setup or the Mini Version.
You can remove the Prayer Warrior from your sig file at any time you wish by going to the "Signature" folder of your "Control" panel and the deleting all the lines in it. This will remove it from your sig.

I really want to thank you all for your support and interest. When God laid this on My heart I never realize the impact it would have. I have been Blessed by it and am Thanksful he has use me in this way. OK... One of the problems about using the Prayer Warrior List is getting an understanding of codes and how to make them work for you.
Most of what I will show you is related to the Prayer Warrior List and what they do in your sig File.
My prayer is that I can help you understand. once you understand then you can create your own sig file or even update it.
To start with.. what you see in a persons Signature and what is in his/hers sig file will be vastly differance. These code instruct the window you're looking at to make it look certain way. while the actual signature may look small the file could be three times larger.
Ok.. now I will give you the instruction. and definition.
Feel free to add comments or ask questions. NO QUESTIONS ARE DUMB QUESTIONS.

IMPORTANT.. in order to demostrate I need to add a space inside some examples for you to see. when using codes.. there should be NO spaces inside of bracket.

Some Definitions:

Bracket's = [ and ]  they make the commands work. without them words mean nothing and shows up as text.  [ is use at the begining and ] is use at the end.

:  are commands also.. you see them when you do smileys but they only work with smileys on this board

/  when this is use it means end of that command.

Move   this makes what you insert  inside of it  move from right to left.

URL   is a link of a page.

SIZE   is just what it says it tells what size you want the text!

An example;

[ move ] : wave : [ size=4 ] HI! [ /size ][ /move ]

taken the spaces out will look like this;

[move]HI![/move]

spirituality one thing. You have the prayer warrior list bouncing around. I would probably suggest that you do not do that. IMO it is harder to read with everything moving around so much.

spirituality is definitly learning. And that's how I learned. I would try differance things to see if it give me the looks that I want.
I would encourage anybody to change the Prayer Warrior list to look the way they want.
But something to think about. We do need to make the links catchable.

if you have a mouse with a roller on it (like sticking up from between the buttons) and click the scrolling words with it you can control the words so you can read it easier
