Prayer Request

Hello,
My name is Jocelyn, I'm a 18 yr old college freshman. I'm in need of prayer.

This next week coming up is going to be very long and hard. I have 2 major exams and 2 major papers.

Also last night, being the horrible klutz that I am, I managed I fall off of my bed which is lofted 6 feet off the ground. I landed on my back and it hurts quite badly now.

This isn't my week. I once again need prayer. My boyfriend just broke up with me. I had been sure that he was the one for me. I need strength to get through this week.

Well, I was taught that all the troubles we are given in life are for the better. Consider a block of steel. How do you fix that steel so it is not a useless, block of hard mass? Refine it, and mold it through the use of a furnace.

I believe, especially when Christians suffer, it is God molding us and refining us into something stronger and wiser. Things will come out for the better.

Thank you so much for your prayers. Tuesday was a very difficult day for me, but I made it thru.

I decided to let God decide for me what was best when it came to my relationship w/ my boyfriend. He asked me Tues night to go back to him. God is good.

My back hasn't gotten better, but I trust God and he will heal me when I'm ready to be healed.

Hello all,

I appriciate all of your prayers and encouragement. My back is just about healed.

As I mentioned before, my boyfriend and I are having some problems. We did are still together but something isn't right. We were going to talk today at lunch and try to sort thru our feelings and thoughts but a friend of his ended up tagging along. I don't he realized how upset about it I was. I feel that we are meant to be together, but I'm keeping that open to what God has in mind. Nathan believes in God but hasn't fully acceted Jesus into his heart and I'm really struggling with that too, I love him so much, but I can't take the pain of him telling me that he feels distant from me then breaking our date to talk it over much longer. I think the biggest problem is we never get to see each other. We go to the same school and its only a 7 min walk between dorms but we are both so busy.

Well I'm not sure I made any since. Thanks for at least reading my confusing thoughts.

I apperciate any help I could get.
