Prayer Request

Please pray for God to destroy the spirit of anger inside of me. When something makes me angry I also internazlize it because I don't have any confidence or self-esteem, so I don't stand up for myself. Then it eats me up inside.

I found that letting angry feelings come and go made me stronger in dealing with them later. Yeah, it does eat you up inside, but you feel so much better when you endure it to the very end without reacting on them. It is only a storm, it will pass. I hope this helps, and will still pray.

Lord, help Traze to look at You when this anger arises. Let him know You are there. Help him to see the part he plays in turning it over to you and conforming to Your Will, as he is led by the Spirit. In the presence of Your Spirit we have confidence, peace and all the gifts You graciously provide. Thank You Jesus. In the name of Christ I pray.
