Prayer Request

I'm praying for a miracle for my elderly friend who's faith has been challenged for a while now. Life has been hard and has caused her to question God's goodness and provision.

Now on top of it all, she needed to have some work done on her home. She paid a guy half the fee to start. He went out to get supplies, cashed the check and then never returned to complete the work. she phoned and confronted him, and made a numbe rof other calls, only to find she has no recourse because he is in bankruptcy.

It currently looks like he might get away with it. she's not comfortable with me pursuing it because she lives alone and fears he might try to harm her.

So the miracle I'd love to see happen is that something in him would change and he would send her back her money, and that she would know that God did this for her. Whatever happens, she needs her faith healed.
