Pls help, i have tried everything but at the time it seems ok when i do "it" Please pray that I have the strength to overcome my porn/touching yourself addiction and grow close to god again like I was many years ago.

I also struggle with a problem similar to yours.
It may help if; before/when you 'do it,' you remember the feelings you felt afterwards (when you 'did it' before).

Will pray for you I know how hard it can be/is.
Have you ever hear of the series of books called Every Young Man God's man, or Every Young Man's Battle (there are some for girls too). I have the first one and I can say from experience that it does help. Sometimes I wish I had the Battle one as I understand that it is directed at this type of problem, but I don't so I cant say if it is good but it has some good reviews.
If you can get an accountability partner that can really help as well, a close christian friend or role model, and then you can have someone that you can contact as soon as you are getting a strong temptation.

Hey thanks for the prayers, sorry for the late reply. I had exams. Thanks, I have a friend who is trying to stop as well but we are as bad as each other. I think the best way to stop is just "cold turkey" haha. So I'm trying hard to go that way.

Hey guys how do you keep away from it on Facebook?! I logged in today and scrolling down my news feed I came across several porn videos!!! I thought it was not allowed on Facebook?

You can click on the little arrow pointing down, and click hide and it will hide that persons post. But yeah it might be better to just unfriend some of those people who post that. You can also try reporting it that might work, I don't know if it will though.
