Just an update. Went to see the Bankruptcy Attorney today. I asked. He is Christian
Long story short, we are eligible for Ch 7 bankruptcy, however, since I'd been using the CC to make payments on other CC, there are semi-current charge activities. He said that there shouldn't be activity for at least 90 days before filing. So, we can't do anything until January or the companies will probably end up getting a large chunk that we wouldn't be able to file on. Fifty-some more days of collection calls heh.
Other than that, my spirits are quite high today! Even my daughter remarked that I wasn't too cranky. LOL for her that's quite the compliment!
God works in ways I just do not comprehend. But he is always always there. I can't even speculate what opportunities the next couple of months might bring!
